A Vision Rooted in Community

Imagine NDG is an initiative founded by Ross Harvey as part of his broader vision for A NuVo World — a world in which every person has the opportunity to live a healthy, happy, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

The initiative begins in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Montreal, with a simple but far-reaching question:

What if we could create an entirely new model of community life, beginning right here in our own neighbourhood?

Our purpose is to bring people together, encourage collaboration, inspire new ideas, and help transform those ideas into meaningful action.

We believe that the people of NDG already possess extraordinary talents, resources, creativity, and goodwill.

Imagine NDG seeks to bring those strengths together in pursuit of a shared vision.

About the Founder — Ross Harvey

Ross Harvey is an author, entrepreneur, former world champion racquetball player, and lifelong advocate of personal growth and human potential.

Throughout his life, Ross has worked in sports, business development, coaching, and entrepreneurial ventures. His experiences have shaped his belief that the greatest measure of success is not financial achievement alone, but the quality of our lives and the difference we make in the lives of others.

As the author of numerous books exploring personal development, spirituality, human potential, and new ways of living, Ross has increasingly devoted his attention to a single overarching vision: A NuVo World.

His book Imagine NDG brings that vision home to the community where he lives.

Ross believes that meaningful transformation begins with simple acts of kindness, genuine relationships, and the willingness to see possibilities where others see obstacles.

His hope is to bring together the extraordinary people, organizations, businesses, and resources of NDG to create a community that can inspire others around the world.

Our Philosophy

We believe in the inherent value of every human being.

We believe that cooperation, generosity, and compassion can create opportunities that competition and individual effort alone cannot.

We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, happy, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

We believe that the future is something we can help shape through the choices we make and the relationships we build today.

And we believe that a better world begins with a better neighbourhood.

An Invitation to Collaborate

Imagine NDG is intended to be an inclusive, community-driven initiative.

We welcome participation from residents, nonprofit organizations, local businesses, schools, faith communities, and anyone interested in creating a better future.

We do not expect everyone to agree with every aspect of our long-term vision.

We simply invite people to explore what might become possible when we work together with goodwill, imagination, and a shared commitment to improving life in our community.

THE CENTRAL MESSAGE OF IMAGINE NDG

A NuVo World is the long-term vision.

Imagine NDG is the local community-building initiative.

The first 100 days are where practical action begins.

The vision may have begun with one person, but its development should welcome the ideas, priorities, concerns, and contributions of everyone who calls NDG home.

We are not simply imagining a better NDG. We are inviting you to help create it.

Imagine NDG

Creating a NuVo, better world — one day and one person at a time.
